In the event that you are missing a magazine from your library please
- Refresh the library
- Double check the magazine had not been archived
- Restore iTunes Guest Purchase Purchase (this may take several attempts across 24 hours)
- Go to Account > Preferences > Sync your Library > Sync Now > This will refresh with our servers and ensure that all magazines are displayed in your account. Please do not close the app during this process.
- Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the app from iTunes
- Double check that you have an active subscription. After completing the above checks please send us a receipt for this subscription including start and finish dates.
